How to File an Infringement Notice
Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2), all notifications of claimed copyright infringement on techfir.com should be sent to our designated agent. To be effective, the notification must include:

Our Takedown Workflow
When a valid DMCA notice is received, our compliance team follows a strict protocol to ensure legal accuracy and speed.
- Validation: We verify that the notice meets all legal requirements of the DMCA.
- Temporary Suspension: The content is removed or access is disabled immediately.
- Uploader Notification: We notify the original poster and allow for a counter-notice.
- Resolution: If no counter-notice is filed within 10 days, the content is permanently deleted.
